Operations & automation for owners and operators
Stop losing money your business already earned.
Techne Consulting helps owners, executives, and managers of small to mid-sized businesses find where day-to-day operations create costly gaps — then builds practical fixes using tools your team already has, like Google Workspace. Particular depth in medical and healthcare operations, but the same gaps show up in businesses of every kind.

A practical process, not a tech overhaul
01 — Audit
Operations review
We walk through your day-to-day workflows — intake, billing, scheduling — and find exactly where time, information, or revenue is slipping through the cracks.
02 — Build
Automation build-out
Using Google Workspace tools your team already has, we build lightweight systems — trackers, intake forms, automated routing — that close those gaps.
03 — Support
Ongoing support
As your business grows or changes, we're on call to adjust, troubleshoot, and keep things running — billed hourly, only when you need it.
Who's behind this
From sweeping floors to balancing the books
My parents started their accounting business before I was born, and I grew up inside it. By the time I was a teenager, I had done nearly every job in the building — answering phones, shoveling the walk, collating tax returns, balancing the books. There's no task too small or too tedious for me to understand, because I've done it.
After college, I moved into healthcare, where I've spent 27 years working reception, treatment, billing, and office management — often all at the same place, sometimes all in the same week.
In every role, I've looked for ways to make the systems around me work better — and I've seen firsthand what that can do: more revenue captured, less time wasted, fewer errors, lower stress, higher job satisfaction, and a smoother experience for the people walking through your door.
"The goal isn't to add more software. It's to make the systems you already pay for actually work for you."
